This book is outlined nicely, although the ideas are somewhat scatterbrained. It's nice though, because it jumps from one idea to the next, so you don't get bored about reading the same kind of topic over and over. It'll go from something like how Conrad Hilton overcame disease, to how fasting rejuvinates the mind, body, and soul, back to how we need to keep our 'pipes clean'.

I would recommend this book to everyone who values their health in any way.

Paul Bragg was a liar, but his work was brilliant.  Jul 06, 2009 By Matthew Iofe
Paul Bragg lied about his date of birth, claiming to have been born in 1881, when official records prove he was born in 1895. He lived to be 81, not 95,96, or 97. Also, he did not die in a surfing accident, he died from injuries sustained in a surfing accident. Official records also prove that Patricia Bragg is his former daughter in law, not his daughter. He also claimed to cure his sister....he had no sister. He claimed his father was a farmer who cured livestock with apple cider vinegar.....his father was a printer. This is similar to the story of Norman Walker. His followers claimed he lived to be well over 100, when in fact he lived to be 99. That said, the Bragg lifestyle is excellent. Jack Lalanne was a sick sugarholic until attended a Paul Bragg lecture at age 15. He is now 94 and in great shape! I follow the Bragg lifestyle and I have benefited enormously. I am tireless, painless, and ageless. I don't think living to 120 is reasonable, but I plan to live a long time. This is one of the best books on health and longevity, and I follow it to the letter. If you do the same, you can truly be born again. Overall an invaluable book, even though Paul Bragg made up stories and flat-out lied.

Although the editing of this book is a bit sloppy, the information presented in it is solid gold.

It feels like the book was slapped together by a person(s) of tremendous passion and limited publishing expertise. Having said that, the crude nature of the presentation doesn't deter from the wealth of great info inside.

I'm kind of a health freak and become even more so each passing year. What's difficult about that is that it's so completely counter to mainstream America. Having resources such as this one to help point you in the right direction is a godsend.

This book has lots of great ideas, recipes and stories. I use something from this book on a daily basis. And I swear by Bragg's organic Apple Cider Vinegar and Liquid Aminos.

Wish more people in the world were like the Braggs. If they were, the world would be a much better place.
